Return Policy

At Wisco Home Goods, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our small-batch, artisanal products. Because of the nature of our goods, we have established the following policy:

GENERAL RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference (e.g., if a specific fragrance is not to your personal taste). We encourage you to visit our Madison storefront to experience our scents in person if you are unsure before purchasing online.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product that is defective (e.g., a damaged wick, broken glass, or a functional issue) or if your order was damaged during transit, we will do our best to make it right.

To start a claim for a defective or damaged item:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wiscohomegoods.com.
2. Please include your order number and a photo of the defect or the damaged packaging.
3. Once we review the information, we will arrange for a replacement or a shop credit at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

SHIPPING

Please note that we currently only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
